Meditation is an important part of mindfulness. This gives students the ability to analyze their thoughts and feelings at that moment in time. Students can all of their sense to gather an understanding what it feels like to be calm.

When applying meditation activities in the classroom, turn off the lights, have students face their entire chair to the screen or have them sit on the floor in a comfortable position.
